Our Guarantee: We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Preference Return: If you would like to return or exchange your item for reason other than defect, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. The items must be in original, resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise Return: We want to be sure that every dog bed leaving our facility meets your standards for quality merchandise. If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise. Normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore not covered under damaged merchandise.

All Sealy Dog Beds carry a 1 year limited warranty on the core of the bed. Each item is manufactured under the highest standards and is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for the original owner (proof of purchase is required). ‘Original Owner’ is a person who purchased the item from Sealy Dog Bed or its authorized dealer. Any item purchased from a private person or a dealer not authorized by Sealy Dog Bed is not covered under this warranty.
This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the item is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, negligence, or if the product is modified or altered by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover wearing or materials or components which may occur after extended use of the product, this warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not the cosmetic issues due to normal “wear and tear” of the product.
If one of our products ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace it with the same or comparable item. In the event that the same or comparable item does not exist, Sealy Dog Bed will issue a company credit for the most recent selling price for the damaged item (or purchase value if an original receipt is presented with the return).
Sealy Dog Bed shall have no liability or responsibility to the original purchaser or any other person for any special incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by Sealy Dog Bed. Except for the express warranty stated above. Sealy Dog Bed makes no other warranties with respect the products, either expressed or implied. Sealy Dog Bed reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without prior notice.
Returns and warranty replacements must be sent to Sealy Dog Bed at the owners expense.
